The Almanor Foundation is pleased to welcome Kelly Konzelman to its Board of Directors. Bringing more than 45 years of executive-level experience in construction, real estate development, investment banking, and corporate finance, Kelly adds a wealth of knowledge, experience and insight that will be an asset to the foundation.
Kelly has always been an entrepreneur. At 19 years old, he founded his first construction company, launching a career in the building industry. In 1999, he shifted his focus to finance, establishing Investment Advisory Group, where he specialized in corporate finance, investment banking, and public company management. In addition to raising capital for clients, Kelly authored business plans, developed financial forecasts, conducted profitability analyses, and created sales and revenue models to help businesses grow and succeed.
In 2019, Kelly founded Reconstruction and Recovery Advisors Inc., a general contracting and real estate development company specializing in wildfire recovery throughout California. Through its Northern California divisions, RRA Builders and Paradise Affordable Homes, helped build more than 51 new homes in Butte and Plumas counties since 2019.

Kelly is also a partner and co-founder of the Welcome Home Greenville project and a founding member of the Plumas Housing Council. Through his participation, The Almanor Foundation has had the pleasure of working closely with him as part of its Workforce Housing Initiative, making his position to the board a natural fit.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Kelly is an accomplished musician who enjoys playing guitar and singing, adding his own blues-inspired style to favorite songs from the 1960s through the 1990s. Many throughout the Lake Almanor Basin have enjoyed hearing him perform at local venues.
