Chester, CA 7-23-24 . . . On the anniversary month of the devastating Dixie Fire, Plumas County is faced with the potential of another deadly wildfire. The Almanor Foundation is ready to step in as needed for our community.
“Though this is a bit terrifying that in two years our county is being met with another dangerous fire, TAF is prepared to give funding for area services that offer relief and assistance for those in need,” says Susan Bryner, TAF vice-chair. “Though we never wanted to experience this again, disaster relief is one of the reasons we began the foundation. We are glad to be there for our community,” she adds.
