The Lake Almanor Area Chamber of Commerce is happy to work with The Almanor Foundation to be able to offer tax deductible status for your annual or semi annual fireworks donations.
4th of July
The 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular over Lake Almanor is a 25+ year tradition. The show brings a spectacular end to a day of celebrations.
New Years Eve Fireworks
The Lake Almanor Area Chamber of Commerce is responsible for fireworks on July 4th. For the past several years, the Chamber also added fireworks on New Year’s Eve launched from the Chester Airport. Unfortunately, due to limited budgets, fireworks for New Year’s Eve will not be occurring this year. Costs for each of these events come from donations and sponsorships and we are sad to say the Chamber does not have the funding to host both July 4th and New Year’s Eve.
With that said, the Chamber will be hosting a New Year’s Eve skating event at the Skating Rink in Chester Park from 4:00pm to 9:00pm with music, firepit and hot beverages. Fireworks for July 4th will be set off the barge at the end of the Peninsula. And once again, we will be seeking donations for the July 4th fireworks and future.
